No one was ever gonna understand. Nothing was gonna help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Four weeks into another adventure, more confused than when I started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I didn&#8217;t know it yet, but I had to kill some sacred cows. Made a decision not to give up on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Woke-up Thursday with a fierce determination to get specific answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I went to the one person that wouldn&#8217;t be intimated by my examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She gave me what I needed to know. I started all over. I woke up with an undeniable sense of clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was in the hierarchy. A new way of looking at things. A paradigm shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was having a new and different experience with anxiety. I was changing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What about those sacred cows? CBT? Behaviorism?
